Subscriptions

Digital subscriptions may be cancelled from your account billing settings. Refund eligibility depends on payment provider rules (Razorpay, Stripe, or app store) and local consumer regulations.

Report purchases

If a premium report fails to generate due to a platform error, contact support within 7 days with your order ID for a retry or refund review.
