Information we collect
Account email, name, birth date/time/place for chart calculations, usage logs, and payment metadata when you subscribe. We do not sell birth chart data to third parties.
How we use data
To generate charts, panchang, reports, and personalized guidance; to secure your account; and to improve product reliability. AI explanations process structured calculation outputs — not raw surveillance data.
Photos & Vision AI (Palmistry / Face Reading)
When you use Vision AI, you may upload a palm or face photo for spiritual wellness interpretation. Images are transmitted securely to our API for analysis (Gemini Vision) and are processed for that request — they are not used for biometric authentication or identity verification. Readings are wellness guidance only and are not medical diagnosis.
Voice, Therapy Mode & analytics
Voice replies may use a cloud TTS provider. Therapy Mode provides grounding / spiritual wellness support only (not clinical care). We may collect product analytics (e.g. feature engagement, Vision upload success, subscription funnel) via our analytics pipeline and optional privacy-respecting tools such as PostHog when configured — never for selling personal birth data.
Retention & deletion
You may update birth profile in Settings or request account deletion via support. See also privacy controls.
